Vino Cotto

Vino cotto is also known as mosto cotto or sapa. In ancient times vino cotto and honey were the only sweeteners available. Cheetaning Park vino cotto is made from Shiraz grapes that have been crushed and the resulting must boiled slowly, reducing the original quantity down to a third.

Cheetaning Park vino cotto is very sweet with balancing acidity and intense rich grapey malt flavours. Should the vino cotto crystallise as honey does, place the bottle in hot water until it becomes liquid again.
